1. Damaged Products
If the product is received damaged or defective, we will accept a return and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
2. Change of Mind
If you decide not to keep the product for any reason:
The delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
3. Refund Conditions
If a refund is requested for a non-damaged product:
The delivery cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
4. General Notes
Returns must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
